Biografie
Christof Unterberger ist Komponist für Film- und Medienmusik und Cellist mit Sitz in Wien.
Er studierte Violoncello in Graz und am Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris bei Philippe Muller und schloss mit dem Konzertdiplom ab. Als Cellist konzertierte er in Europa, den USA und Asien, unter anderem als Solocellist der Wiener Kammerphilharmonie und an der Seite von Plácido Domingo, Sarah Brightman, Patricia Kaas, Soap&Skin und Kenny Werner.
Seit 2006 schreibt er Musik für Film, Fernsehen, Games und Werbung, von „Sturm der Liebe“ und „Iceman 3D“ über das Game „Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons – Remake“ bis zur Kampagne von Antonio Marras mit Sharon Stone. Sein Wissen gibt er als Lehrender für Medienmusik an der JAM MUSIC LAB Private University Wien und in der Masterclass „Orchestral Programming“ an der Popakademie Baden-Württemberg weiter.
